Paul and the rest of his team worked on my case for four years after a road traffic accident. The case went very very quiet for some time, but once more evidence/medical records were attained the case was able to progress at a much faster rate. The final outcome was a good amount but the team didn't seem to put up much of fight when a medical expert deemed I was at no disadvantage in my current workplace (compared to other workers) which I told them definitely is not the case and others including my boss within work agreed with myself, unfortunately this lost me approximately £5-10k. It was at this point that I just wanted the case closed and settled for a lower figure than I thought I would receive.
